On November 23, 2015, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Tiffany Fawn Randle, former Secretary-Treasurer of American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 652 (located in Kalamazoo, Mich.), was sentenced to one day of imprisonment (with credit for time served) and two years of probation, and she was ordered to pay $23,727 in restitution. On August 14, 2015, Randle pled guilty to one count of financial institution fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1344(2). The sentencing follows a joint investigation by the OLMS Detroit-Milwaukee District Office and the Department of LaborÕs Office of Inspector General.
