On May 9, 2007, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Stephen A. Kostelac, former Secretary-Treasurer of Boilermakers Local 906, was sentenced to six months home detention, five years probation, a $100 special assessment, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $26,079.38.
