On November 2, 2021, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Scott Wilson, former Director of Information Technology for Operating Engineers Local 3 (located in Alameda, Calif.), was sentenced to 60 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $4,669,577 in restitution and a $100 special assessment.
