On December 2, 2015, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, Estella Collier, former office secretary and bookkeeper for Carpenters Local 200 (located in Columbus, Ohio), was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to attend Gamblers Anonymous. In addition, Collier was ordered to pay full restitution. On August 11, 2015, Collier pled guilty to one count of embezzlement, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c), in the amount of $12,933. The sentencing follows an investigation by the OLMS Cincinnati-Cleveland District Office and the Department of LaborÕs Office of Inspector General.
