Recognition The Association agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for and on behalf of all employees working on such equipment in classifications covered by this agreement including construction work in the counties of Rock Island, Henry and Mercer Counties in the State of Illinois and Scott County in the State of Iowa, performing the work of: Transporting materials and/or perlonning work upon construction sites ini the classifications which include, Claissification I-drivers on two (2) axle trucks hauling less than nine (9)ton, air compressor and welding mnachines and brooms, including those pulled by separate units, truck driver helpers, warehouse employees, mechanic helpers, greasers and tiremen, pick-up trucks when hauling material, tools, or workers to and from and on the job site, and fork lifts up to six thousand pound (6,000 lb.) capacity; Classification II-two (2) or three (3) axle trucks hauling more than nine (9) ton but hauling less than sixteen (16) ton, A-frame winch trucks, hydrolift trucks, vactor trucks or similar equipment when used for transportation purposes, fork lifts over six thousand pound (6,000 lb.) capacity, winch trucks, four (4) axle combination units and nuclear bus drivers; Classification III- Two (2), three (3) or f'our (4) axle trucks hauling sixteen (16) ton or more, drivers on water pulls, articulated dump trucks, mechanics and working forepersons, Five (5) axle or miore combination unlits; Classification IV-Low Boys and Oil Distributors; Classification V-Drivers who require special protective clothing while employed on hazardous waste work; Classification VI- Nuclear general foreman; drivers of low boys, dumpcretes, scoopmobiles, mixer trucks, dumpsters or similar equipment, fork lift, kochring or similar dumipsters, euclids, hug-bottom dumps, tournapulls,tournatrailers, drivers on trucks delivering aggregate material to stockpile on construction sites or to temporary plants or locations, the purpose of which is to serve particular construction sites, and drivers on any other vehicles operated on construction projects. Excluding clerical eimployees, techlnical employees, bookkeepers, superintendents, foremen, and other supervisory personnel.
